About the Role

The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer engagement for SAP SE. This customer-facing role requires a deep understanding of SAP solutions and industry nuances, as well as expertise in digital sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Support
    • The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions, tailored to discerning audiences.
    • They will collaborate with VAT teams to deeply understand customer perspectives and adeptly intertwine challenges with SAP solutions to form a captivating narrative.
    • They will curate and maintain a sophisticated asset library, optimizing for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transaction methods.
    • They will spearhead in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients, laying the foundation for robust, lasting relationships.
    • They will exhibit expert ability in devising customer roadmaps, ushering clients from existing IT landscapes to innovative Cloud realms.
    • They will enhance RFx completions, ensuring proposals exude expertise.
    • They will employ tools like the SAP Virtual Studio and OBS technology, ensuring remote presentations are as impactful as in-person.
  • Demand Generation
    • The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in demand generation, leading webinars and aligning with Marketing and DG priorities to ensure we're always a step ahead in our outreach.
    • They will advise on APM - TPM, positioning themselves as an oracle in SAP's solutions/LoB portfolio.
    • They will collaborate with DG and marketing teams to craft content that underscores our unique selling propositions and addresses the core challenges of our target market.
  • Digital Content for Customer Facing Situations
    • The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will master SAP offerings to curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, aligning content with advanced solution insights and market trends.
    • They will ensure that our digital materials are both compelling and strategically positioned to address complex customer scenarios.

Experience and Language Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Candidate will bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and seasoned customer engagement expertise.
  • Candidate will have a solid foundation of >5 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Candidate will have a demonstrated proficiency of at least one solution/LoB segment together with a demonstrated history of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement.
  • Candidate will have a track record of successfully navigating complex digital solution presentations, adeptly handling technical challenges, and building collaborative bridges between sales, technical, and digital teams.
  • Candidate will have experience in driving digital transformation in presales, advocating for the adoption of innovative digital tools, and steering teams through intricate digital sales cycles.
  • Candidate will be a native Spanish speaker with conversational fluency in English.
