Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our SaaS sales operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll transform data into actionable strategies, driving growth and innovation. You'll partner with sales leadership and stakeholders to uncover trends, optimize processes, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to establish and maintain cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, discover performance insights, and shape our sales strategies.
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on creating, automating, and simplifying business processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to drive initiatives that enhance sales outcomes and align with our broader business objectives.
- Analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in sales operations or analytics, ideally within a SaaS organization.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage large datasets, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Proactive and growth-oriented, comfortable leading projects that make a meaningful impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex data in clear, actionable ways and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
