Sales Operations Analyst

At Contentsquare, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and innovation by transforming data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and maintain cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, discover performance insights, and identify growth opportunities to shape our sales strategies.
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on creating, automating, and simplifying business processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, finance, and customer success to drive initiatives that enhance sales outcomes and align with our broader business objectives.
- Analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor performance and create and share performance reports, dashboards, and key metrics to ensure we stay on track to achieve our goals.
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or analytics role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
- Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and sales processes.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage large datasets and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create and streamline sales processes.
- Proactive and growth-oriented with the ability to lead projects that make a meaningful impact.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in clear, actionable ways and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
