Job Title: Technical Support Advisor

Location: On-site

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Contract: Indefinite

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Advisor to provide exceptional IT support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical assistance and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support via remote access and troubleshoot complex issues.
  2. Monitor and categorize IT requests and issues in our IT service management system.
  3. Achieve a high first resolution rate using internal knowledge databases.
  4. Cooperate with 2nd level service teams and external providers.
  5. Support clients in operating user systems and peripheral devices.

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual/proficient in German, with very good English skills.
  2. Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, preferably in larger environments.
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams.
  4. Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  5. Analytical skills for complex issues.
  6. Experience with ITSM ticket systems, preferably ServiceNow.
  7. Familiarity with ITIL V4 processes is advantageous.
  8. High customer service orientation and responsibility.
  9. Reliable and systematic work approach.
  10. Eagerness to learn and develop technical and soft skills.
  11. Willingness to work in shifts.
  12. Highly motivated to work within a global team.
