Job SummaryWe are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Revenue Growth and Partnerships to drive our monetization strategy and enhance our product to serve our users around the world. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying innovative user-centric monetization avenues, working closely with our CEO and other departments to strategize and bring to life monetization opportunities, and leading the monetization efforts, including sales, partnerships, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, including identifying new monetization opportunities and optimizing existing ones.
- Collaborate with our CEO and other departments to define and implement monetization strategies across all distribution and acquisition channels.
- Estimate and forecast revenue potential from proposed initiatives and lead the monetization efforts, including sales, partnerships, and integrations.
- Understand market dynamics for free-user monetization and integrate the right strategies to comply with them.
- Adapt our strategy to local customs, partners, and regulations for our main regions.
- Experience in different monetization strategies, including ads, affiliation, and partnerships.
- Experience in fast-paced startups, particularly in hyper-growth phases.
- Strong product sense and ability to work with tech teams to implement necessary technological features.
- Experience building and leading strong monetization teams, with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent decision-making skills and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
