Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team in Torroella de Montgrí, Costa Brava, Girona. As a key member of our Customer Operations Hub, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through comprehensive information, booking assistance, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding Suntransfers services, availability, and pricing.
- Assist customers with bookings, payments, and any issues that may arise during the transfer process.
- Act as a mediator between customers and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
- Tackle complaints head-on and turn frowns into smiles by providing proactive solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, such as translations, price comparisons, and publishing new routes and prices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.Excellent computer and internet skills, with experience in handling complaints.Prior experience in the tourism industry is a plus, as is competence in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Strong communication skills, with a pleasant and professional telephone demeanor.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a team.What We OfferAs a Customer Operations Specialist at Suntransfers, you will enjoy a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
