About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at Commonsense RRHH. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Evaluation and Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations and analyses of our products to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Market and Competition Studies: Conduct market and competition studies to stay ahead of the curve and identify new business opportunities.
  • Product Introduction and Life Cycle Management: Develop and implement strategies for introducing new products and managing their life cycles to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Support Sales Inquiries: Provide timely and effective support to sales inquiries, including maintaining accurate information in CRM and product master database tools.
  • Technical Product Data Sheet Maintenance: Ensure that all product information is current, accurate, and up-to-date on our intranet and internet platforms.
  • Production Trials and Supply Chain Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production trials and implement supply chain initiatives to reduce ineffective stock.
  • Product Disposition and Value Proposition: Develop and implement strategies for product disposition and update product value propositions on sales support channels.
  • Financial Analysis and Product Recommendation: Conduct financial analysis and provide product recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Customer Responsiveness and Portfolio Management: Increase customer responsiveness by providing timely and effective support to product inquiries and consolidate product portfolios among all companies in the FSA Business Unit.
Requirements
  • Education: Marketing, Business, or Engineering studies.
  • Skills: Excellent people and project management skills, ability to drive projects to conclusion, and work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage/lead multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Attitudes and Skills: Self-starter, high standards and pace, accountable, analytically strong, customer service orientation, relationship builder, and high energy.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish/Italian.
