About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our online presence. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our online store, developing compelling product descriptions, creating engaging content, and optimizing our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our online store, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement effective product descriptions, banners, and content to drive sales and engagement.
- Design and create landing pages for marketing campaigns and promotions, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee and enhance our presence on key marketplaces, such as Amazon and Decathlon, to expand our reach and customer base.
- Address and resolve daily e-commerce operations issues, demonstrating your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital role, preferably in a startup or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or WordPress, and experience with email marketing tools like ActiveCampaign or MailerLite.
- Proficiency in designing and producing effective landing pages that drive conversions.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to find effective solutions for everyday challenges.
- Attention to detail, with high standards for accuracy in both content and design.
