Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless transfers, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive information to customers about Suntransfers services, including availability, pricing, and general information, through phone calls, live chats, and emails.
  • Complete payments and bookings, ensuring a smooth process for customers.
  • Act as a mediator between customers and suppliers, resolving any issues that may arise during a transfer service.
  • Tackle complaints head-on, turning frowns into smiles.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, such as translations, price comparisons, and publishing new routes and prices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills, with previous experience in handling complaints.
  • Prior experience in the tourism industry is a plus, as is competence in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and challenges.
  • Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor, with strong verbal and written communication skills and listening abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork, fast decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
