Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Operations Hub, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless interactions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive information to customers about Suntransfers services, including availability, pricing, and general information, through various communication channels.
- Complete payments and bookings, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Act as a mediator between customers and suppliers, resolving any issues that may arise during a transfer service.
- Tackle complaints head-on, turning frowns into smiles, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, such as translations, price comparisons, and publishing new routes and prices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Excellent computer and internet skills, with previous experience in handling complaints.
- Prior experience in the tourism industry is a plus, as is competence in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills, with a pleasant and professional telephone demeanor, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with fast decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
