We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products, taking into account industrial policy, existing standards, and project constraints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Production, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Perform industrial documentation, including industrial data sheets and IMFU (Industrial Maturity Follow-Up), to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Estimate manufacturing workload and identify critical process steps for detailed Process FMEA and FAR/FAI.
- Participate in validation of prototypes and develop specifications for industrial means for serial production.
- Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes and support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
- Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Organization.
- Fluent in English (B2 or equivalent), French would be an asset.
- Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering background with 5-10 years' experience, preferably in the railway industry.
- Technical experience in Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up.
- Working knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics.
- Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools, such as CATIA and DELMIA.
- Knowledge of Process FMEA, QRQC, and IS common tools.
