As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the best possible solutions to their needs, while also providing a positive and personalized experience.

Responsibilities:

* Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
* Respond to inbound requests and document relevant case information.
* Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
* Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels.
* Provide product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.

Requirements:

* Dutch native (or Flemish) and English fluent.
* Committed and dedicated.
* Team player with strong listening skills.
* Service-minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner.
* Strong communicator.
* No experience needed.
