About the Role

Vodafone is a leading provider of IoT solutions, combining a global network with cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative business solutions. As a Regional Commercial Manager for Northern Europe, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and development in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the Northern Europe region.
  2. Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Lead the creation of commercial proposals and strategies for complex deals, ensuring alignment with global IoT commercial models.
  4. Adapt global commercial frameworks and processes to meet local requirements, ensuring seamless engagement with Operating Companies.
  5. Share best practices across regions and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
  6. Deliver revenue growth and increase market share while maintaining margins.
  7. Satisfy internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, CSO, and Legal, Product Management, and Group Technology.
  8. Enhance the internal stakeholder and external customer experience by delivering bespoke solutions tailored to customer expectations.
  9. Attend key customer meetings with Account Teams to prepare and lead commercial negotiations.
  10. Develop complex deal pricing strategies and propositions for IoT's Global Strategic accounts.
  11. Enhance commercial frameworks, tools, governance, and processes to set prices and meet margin requirements for all IoT sales opportunities.
