Job Title: Associate Corporate Counsel

Job Summary:

The Associate Corporate Counsel will provide front-line legal support for site operations throughout the Drug Product Division (DPD) Europe sites. This includes providing legal advice on a broad range of areas, including commercial, anti-trust, regulatory, licensing, controlled substance, quality, and data privacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provides legal advice for site operations in DPD Europe on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and compliance areas.
  2. Assesses legal risks and provides recommendations and alternative mitigating resolutions to Sites and senior management.
  3. Advises on commercial/business complex disputes, including vendor and client escalations, investigations, and dispute resolution.
  4. Collaborates with Group Contracting team, Regional counsel, and Functional counsel as needed for support on matters.
  5. Supports contracts related to client services and sourcing, including proposals, SOWs, etc.

This role may also support our North American DPD sites located in various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and be able to apply them in a commercial context.
