As a Junior Associate Counsel, you will play a key role in the legal team, providing support across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, review, and draft legal agreements
  • Manage electronic storage and circulation of contracts
  • Assist with contracts and related enquiries
  • Draft, review, and administer production-related contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and Independent Contractors agreements
  • Work closely with production teams, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology on issues arising in production, communicate contractual risks and obligations
  • Ensure legal policies and contracts are applied across productions on a consistent basis
  • Prepare legal correspondence, including termination letters, extensions, and amendments
  • Assist with the creation and drafting of documentation for existing and new policies and procedures
  • Respond to legal inquiries; raise and escalate legal issues as necessary
  • Track and prepare reports relating to the status of agreements and other activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law required, preferably with Master's degree for Admission to the Bar
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house experience in the entertainment industry preferred
  • High-level proficiency in Spanish and English
