Job Title: Junior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join our team at Gameloft. As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team in various aspects of contract and intellectual property law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, including service agreements, distribution agreements, and advertising agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and opinions on intellectual property matters, including the use of visuals, music, and logos in advertising formats.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review assignments of rights, license agreements, terms and conditions, and other types of agreements.
  • Research and monitor intellectual property regulations.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Law or LLM.
  • Experience in IP/IT and contract drafting, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the IP/IT department or a specialized law firm or an international company.
  • Good knowledge of the principles of intellectual property, privacy law, and contracts law in Europe.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken), knowledge of any other language is a plus (French appreciated).
