Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

CHS, Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We serve agriculture customers and consumers across the United States and globally, with a presence in 19 countries. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be part of a global legal team that promotes and supports business being done within a culture of ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support to the business in EMEA, reporting to the Legal Director, EMEA.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, functional colleagues, and external counsel to provide responsive legal advice and support for transactional work.
  • Manage multiple, changing priorities efficiently, using discretion and judgment.
  • Support the junior member of the EMEA Legal team in the development of their tasks.
