Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Info Technology Supply Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the legal industry across Europe and Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a proven track record of success in new business development. You will be working closely with our product team to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, appointment making, and consultation.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Manage existing client relationships, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Utilize our CRM system to generate quotes, add and manage new customers, and update notes and actions.
  • Attend user group meetings, events, and exhibitions to build relationships and promote our product.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year's experience in consulting and selling software solutions to the legal industry.
  • Proven track record of success in new business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Windows, Office, and CRM software.
