Job Summary
RMC Asia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Guest Services Representative. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
- Perform and administer check-ins and check-outs
- Assign rooms and take care of administrative duties
- Process guest payments
- Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
- Accommodate general and unique requests
- Understand all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, and promotions
- Communicate with all departments to fulfill guest requests
- Handle complaints and diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests
- Perform other related duties in the front office department
