Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Manage Front Desk Operations

Provide Exceptional Customer Service
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage Front Desk Staff
  • Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Maintain High Standards of Quality and Service
  • Ensure that all front desk operations are conducted in accordance with Marriott International's high standards of quality and service.
  • Monitor and report on front desk performance to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures.
