- Monitor and report on front desk performance to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures.
