Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Link Worldwide. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual sales and profit budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and source new products and concepts.
  • Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Participate in industry trade shows to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Monitor competitor's promotions and activities, sharing information with the sales team to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyse management information, financial, and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files.
  • Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager, including customer meeting reports, forecasts, prospect lists, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the promotional goods industry.
  • Strong team attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • First-class organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain a cool outlook, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personable and professional character, with the confidence to build client rapport.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and enthusiasm for the role.
