About the Role

ESML SD Iberia Holding S A U, a leading company in the security and home automation industry, is seeking a highly skilled Genesys Developer to join our Voice Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement new product functionalities and configurations within the Genesys Engage platform.
  2. Identify and define improvements in the telephony platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine new functionalities, leveraging existing assets and expertise.
  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to developments and configurations.
  5. Design and execute test cases to ensure high-quality solutions.
  6. Support the Voice Technology Product Owner in gathering business requirements and defining product roadmaps.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of VSD systems and their interactions with Genesys, ensuring end-to-end solutions.
  8. Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the Support Discipline, ensuring seamless handovers.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Requirements
  1. Hold an Engineering degree (e.g., Telecommunications, System Engineering) and have 3-5 years of experience in Genesys.
  2. High level of English proficiency.
  3. Proven experience in Genesys Suite of technologies, including Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, Genesys EServices, and Genesys Outbound.
  4. Experience in multichannel integrations and bots, including Chat, Chatbot, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  5. Design and develop routing applications for voice and multichannel using Composer.
  6. Proven experience in integrations with REST and SOAP-based APIs.
  7. Good understanding of call routing from carrier networks to local networks via SIP trunks.
  8. Availability for on-call duties, occasional travel, and technical interventions outside regular working hours.
Desirable Skills
  1. Experience in Agile Methodologies.
  2. Knowledge of Jira and Atlassian tools.
  3. Valuable knowledge in IP PBX.
  4. ITIL training.
