About the Role

Esml Sd Iberia Holding S A U, a leading company in the security and home automation industry, is seeking a talented and innovative Genesys Developer to join our Voice technology team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional with an Engineering background and 3-5 years of experience in Genesys. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new product functionalities and configurations within the Genesys Engage platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new product functionalities and configurations within the Genesys Engage platform.
  • Identify and define improvements in the telephony platform.
  • Reuse existing assets within the new functionalities refinement.
  • Prepare documentation related to developments accomplished.
  • Define and run test cases.
  • Support the Voice Technology Product Owner to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure proper knowledge transfer to the Support Discipline.
  • Participate in events and team meetings.
Requirements
  • Engineering background (Telecommunications, System Engineer).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Genesys.
  • High level of English.
  • Development and configuration experience using Genesys Suite of technologies.
  • Proven experience in multichannel integrations and bots.
  • Design and develop routing applications for voice and multichannel.
  • Proven experience in integrations with REST and SOAP based APIs.
  • Good understanding of call routing from carrier network to local network via SIP trunk.

  • Fussy person, organized, methodical and responsible.
  • Used to work in a multi-country team environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies.
  • Knowledge in Jira and Atlassian tools.
  • Valuable knowledge in IP PBX.
