Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our Professional Services team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing sophisticated integrations between complex CX environments for top European companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and develop Java and/or.NET applications to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop new applications and maintain existing ones to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
  • Conduct project documentation, including technical and functional documentation of processes and functionality.
  • Carry out test plans and ensure the quality of software produced to meet the highest standards.
  • Manage code deployment in various customer environments to ensure smooth integration.
  • Ensure systems are secure and protected against cyber security threats to safeguard our clients' data.
  • Collaborate with other software developers and engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, telecom, math, or a related major.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the software development lifecycle, from idea to delivery.
  • Proficiency in Java and SQL, with experience in integrating CX solutions such as Genesys (Cloud / Engage), Salesforce, etc.
  • Knowledge of devops tools for automation, container runtimes, and orchestration.
  • Experience working directly with customers or key stakeholders, and ability to translate customer requirements into sound designs and efficient implementations.
  • Good communication skills, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • B2 English level (both written and spoken).
