About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our Sustainable Energy Systems team, you will be responsible for leading the bid preparation process for large-scale hydrogen systems projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into internal actions
  • Developing and finalizing technical proposals, including costs and risks
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Identifying and evaluating customer requirements in RfQs or RfIs and managing the development of the system configuration

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical/Chemical or Industrial engineering or related fields
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the implementation of large-scale system or solution business in an international environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing multicultural teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages beneficial
