About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Siemens Mobility, S.L.U. in a Senior Commercial Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management:
    • Manage all financial and commercial aspects of international Mobility Contracts worldwide.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations during the offer and project execution phase.
  2. Project Management:
    • Take ownership of commercial-related matters, including accounting, legal, tax, NCM, and ECC topics.
    • Support the Project Manager/Bid Manager in all other areas where a takeover of responsibilities is decided and/or a useful contribution.
  3. Empowerment:
    • Drive own empowerment with adequate signature authorization and project target agreement to manage the project.
    • Support the PM/Bid Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care.
    • Act together with PM as owner of the project.
  4. Project Life Cycle Management:
    • Actively manage all relevant commercial and financial topics in sales and/or execution phase.
    • Ensure an adequate handover phase, analyze customer's requirements, examine their commercial and contractual feasibility and transferability.
    • Manage and support the PE Management in identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities, strategies and response activities.
    • Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g., SAP - ensure compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local Gaap requirements, international and local contracts.
  5. Customer Management:
    • Actively communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manage solving of commercial/Finance issues.
    • Manage customer expectations together with PM.
  6. Financial Planning:
    • Ensure the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records, including recording of such in appropriate ERP systems.
    • Prepare commercial documentation for regular project status/bid meetings and ensure the accuracy of the commercial project data (i.e., FC, MIKA, cash flow).
    • Actively perform asset management, initiate invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms and ensure proper payment allocation (onshore/offshore/consortium).
    • Ensure compliance with Siemens FRG and local GAAP requirements.
    • Ensure the application and the continuously managing of financial Guarantees, Bonds, and project securities.
    • Support the PM/Bid Manager in identifying, minimizing non-conformance costs and optimizing costs.
Requirements
  1. At least 6 years' experience in financial project functions.
  2. CPM and C Certified in Siemens is a plus.
  3. Project management in international complex projects and finance experience is a must.
  4. Siemens business processes, policies, and procedures knowledge.
  5. Experience handling BA tools (e.g., Spiridon, Dash/Roccit, GREAT, EPIQ,, etc.).
  6. Multicultural team working experience.
  7. Full professional proficiency in English (written and oral skills).
  8. Former participant in Company talent programs is a plus.
  9. Communication and coaching skills.
  10. Perseverant yet open-minded, energetic, creative.
  11. Ability to create structures.
