A Glimpse into Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Commercial Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering financial support and coordination within the Grid Technologies Grid Solution division. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of commercial functions, including project creation and management, invoicing, cost oversight, and business analysis, along with the preparation of proposals, pricing calculations, and contract reviews.
You will collaborate closely with fellow commercial project coordinators, technical project managers, and various business support teams across different regions, ensuring that all commercial and contractual obligations of the projects are fulfilled. This includes adherence to accounting standards, payment schedules, tax regulations, collections, financial forecasting, and risk management.
Key Contributions You Will Make
- Oversee all aspects of Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
- Assist the Head of Commercial Project Management and Project Managers in identifying, evaluating, and managing risks and opportunities, taking full responsibility for all commercial aspects.
- Conduct Project Cost and Free Cash Flow Forecasting, ensuring high accuracy in forecasting.
- Guarantee precise balance sheet accounting.
- Facilitate timely invoicing to clients.
- Proactively manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
- Supervise guarantees and ensure collection upon expiration for credit limits.
- Report and present various critical business metrics as needed.
- Ensure the integrity of project records, including accurate documentation in relevant systems, while complying with Siemens-FRG and local GAAP standards.
- Promote digital transformation initiatives.
- Address other specific requests from the Business Unit.
Qualifications You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proactive and dynamic approach.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Self-motivated and assertive.
- Proficient in Spanish and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Skills in digitalization.
