As a key member of the GMV team, we are looking for a highly skilled Purchasing Coordinator to coordinate purchasing activities for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate purchasing activities for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Select and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms and conditions.
- Manage purchase orders and track progress.
- Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods.
- Provide regular reporting to project managers on the status of purchase requests.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with COTS software and hardware.
- Knowledge of COTS software licenses and licensing.
