Job Overview:

Airbus Crisa (TSAI) specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of Avionics Equipment tailored for Space applications within Airbus DS - Space Systems. The TSAM5 department is dedicated to Sales and Contract Management at Airbus Crisa.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the commercial and contracts team, concentrating on bid management and commercial operations:

  • Craft comprehensive responses to both national and international bid requests, including RFIs/RFPs, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, and negotiation processes.
  • Lead the Bid team, orchestrate team activities throughout the proposal phase, and ensure adherence to the acquisition protocols.
  • Participate in technical and programmatic discussions during negotiation stages in collaboration with the Campaign Manager.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the bid team, manage document distribution, and track the evolution of requirements as provided by the Campaign Manager.
  • Assume responsibility for developing compelling proposals, establishing proposal frameworks, and supervising related documentation.
  • Gather cost estimates, critically assess them when necessary, prepare pricing templates, and ensure alignment with customer procurement and sales procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to leverage expertise in commercial bids and negotiations.
  • Assist in pricing negotiations and contract discussions, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to financial targets by proposing and negotiating payment structures and supporting invoicing and cash flow objectives.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering is essential.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, while knowledge of French would be advantageous.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in bid management within an international context is necessary.
