Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Bid Manager to join our team at Airbus. This role will be responsible for managing the bid process, from preparation to submission, and ensuring that our proposals meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Manage the bid team and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the process
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals that meet the customer's requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the bid are properly addressed
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure that all bid-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Post-graduate degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bid management, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with negotiation-level proficiency
  • Knowledge of commercial and financial implications of bid management
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management
