Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company sales and acquire new business
  • Understand each client's unique needs and expectations in every project
  • Maintain a broad and strategic perspective to optimize processes and outcomes
  • Work with a healthy pipeline of prospects to ensure opportunities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new developments
  • Develop projects within the business development area related to strategic growth
  • Meet and exceed annual sales quota
Requirements
  • Advanced/fluent English and Spanish skills (mandatory)
  • Good interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Resourceful: Strong research and strategic analysis skills
