About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and sales of Microsoft Fabric's unified analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Business Growth Strategies: Identify business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and deliver data-driven solutions that empower organizations to optimize their analytics and AI capabilities.
  2. Manage the Deal Pipeline: Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within our CRM system.
  3. Weekly Reporting and Performance Tracking: Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
  4. Support Business Execution: Assist in the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
  5. Identify Training Opportunities: Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
  6. Communicate Product Information: Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
Requirements
  1. Advanced Knowledge of Cloud and Data Warehouse: Advanced knowledge and experience in Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and in Data Warehouse applied in the cloud.
  2. IT Industry Knowledge: IT industry knowledge - Channel, Vendors, and Competition.
  3. Language Proficiency: Proficiency level of English and Spanish.
  4. Desirable Skills: Experience of SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantage. Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills. Degree in a business-related subject is desirable/an advantage.
  5. Ability to Develop Product Knowledge: Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio in Azure.
  6. Availability for Client Visits: Availability to do periodic visits to clients.
