Job Summary

Cosentino, a leading producer of building materials, is seeking an Architectural Design Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing Cosentino product awareness, acceptance, and sales to the contract design commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, and service providers to gain specifications and sales of Cosentino products.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms.
  • Promote Cosentino products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  • Manage sales development of Cosentino surfacing products and maintain accurate relationship, product placement project details in our project management database.
  • Represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events.
  • Manage sales budgets and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the architectural design industry.
  • Strong relationships with architects, designers, and building owners.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
