About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Sales Manager to join our team at COSENTINO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase product awareness, acceptance, and sales to contract design and commercial segments.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms.
  • Promote COSENTINO's products through formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  • Execute sales plans within agreed-upon timelines and maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details in our project management database.
  • Manage the sales development of COSENTINO surfacing products, focusing on exterior applications within our core geography.
  • Represent and promote COSENTINO to the community through hosting and attending local chapter events.
  • Manage sales budgets and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.
  • Assist with corporate account roll-out programs on a regional basis, which may require travel outside of the assigned geography.
Requirements
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Local presence and ideally some experience in façades.
