About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Sales Manager to join our team at Grupo Cosentino. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate the contract design and commercial segments for both interior and exterior applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage sales plans to increase product awareness, acceptance, and sales to architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and related contractors.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms.
  3. Execute sales plans within agreed-upon timelines and maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details in our project management database.
  4. Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products and maintain a constant awareness of markets to pursue profitable opportunities.
  5. Represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events.
  6. Manage own sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in the architectural and design industry.
  • Strong relationships with architects, designers, and other industry professionals.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
