Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural & Design Sales Manager to join our team at Cosentino. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to increase product awareness, acceptance, and sales to contract design and commercial segments.
  2. Identify and pursue new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, and building owners.
  3. Promote Cosentino products through formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  4. Manage sales development of Cosentino surfacing products, including exterior applications.
  5. Represent Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events.
  6. Manage sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.
  7. Assist with corporate account roll out programs on a regional basis as needed.
  8. Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products.
Requirements

EXPERIENCE
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
EDUCATION
- Ideally bachelor's degree.
SKILLS
- Must be local.
- Ideally with some experience in façades.
