About the Role:

The Architectural and Design Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to increase Cosentino product awareness and sales to contract design and commercial segments. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with architects, designers, and other industry professionals, and coordinating with the Cosentino Sales Team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships.
  • Promote Cosentino products through formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  • Execute sales plans within agreed-upon timelines and maintain accurate relationship and project details.
  • Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products and exterior applications.
  • Represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attending local chapter events.
  • Manage sales budgets and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.
  • Assist with corporate account roll-out programs and travel to call on owners, fabricators, and installation contractors as needed.
  • Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products and their proper application and specification requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Local residence.
  • Experience in façades is a plus.
