We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Management Expert to join our team at Microsoft. As an Organizational Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and digital transformation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Insights and Stakeholder Engagement: Gather insights from a broad range of stakeholders, including business sponsors, to shape and form project definitions and ongoing execution. Identify and evaluate industry trends, adapting business models, plans, and solutions accordingly.
- Collaboration and Socialization: Work with customer/partner stakeholders, including Enterprise Architects, Security Teams, and Development Teams, to socialize business solutions and project approaches. Share feedback with project teams and account teams to make necessary adjustments.
- Architecture Design and Deployment: Leverage structured approaches to architecture projects, using existing methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, or Iterative. Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners.
- Architecture Documentation and Communication: Define and document architectures through architecture description documents, architecture decisions logs, and requirements/constraints traceability matrices. Communicate the value proposition of business solutions and project approaches.
- Project Governance and Quality Control: Collaborate with Project Managers to drive project/technical governance of design, build, and deployment into use of proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots. Ensure quality control through peer review.
- Requirements Gathering and Ratification: Work with business sponsors and customer/partner stakeholders to gather and ratify requirements and constraints.
- Business and Technical Risk Identification: Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Teams to identify, categorize, and communicate business and technical risks.
- Intellectual Property Development: Generate new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property, connecting gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes.
- Senior-Level Relationship Building: Develop a network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers to build influence in addressing problems/blockers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, with experience in organizational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR master's degree in Human Psychology, Organizational Design, or Change Management, with experience in organizational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Managing complex organizational change projects or portfolios.
- Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organizational change.
