About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Management Expert to join our team at Microsoft. As an Organizational Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and digital transformation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Insights and Stakeholder Engagement: Gather insights from a broad range of stakeholders, including business sponsors, to shape and form project definitions and ongoing execution. Identify and evaluate industry trends, adapting business models, plans, and solutions accordingly.
  2. Collaboration and Socialization: Work with customer/partner stakeholders, including Enterprise Architects, Security Teams, and Development Teams, to socialize business solutions and project approaches. Share feedback with project teams and account teams to make necessary adjustments.
  3. Architecture Design and Deployment: Leverage structured approaches to architecture projects, using existing methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, or Iterative. Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners.
  4. Architecture Documentation and Communication: Define and document architectures through architecture description documents, architecture decisions logs, and requirements/constraints traceability matrices. Communicate the value proposition of business solutions and project approaches.
  5. Project Governance and Quality Control: Collaborate with Project Managers to drive project/technical governance of design, build, and deployment into use of proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots. Ensure quality control through peer review.
  6. Requirements Gathering and Ratification: Work with business sponsors and customer/partner stakeholders to gather and ratify requirements and constraints.
  7. Business and Technical Risk Identification: Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Teams to identify, categorize, and communicate business and technical risks.
  8. Intellectual Property Development: Generate new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property, connecting gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes.
  9. Senior-Level Relationship Building: Develop a network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers to build influence in addressing problems/blockers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, with experience in organizational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • OR master's degree in Human Psychology, Organizational Design, or Change Management, with experience in organizational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Managing complex organizational change projects or portfolios.
  • Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organizational change.
