Job Title: Organisational Change Management Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management Architect to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Adoption, Change and Service Management practice, you will be responsible for managing and governing strategic change in large public and private sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer/partner technical environments and gather insights from stakeholders to shape project definitions and execution.
  • Work with customer/partner stakeholders to socialize business solutions and project approaches, identifying areas for change.
  • Design and deploy architectures using structured approaches, proposing new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners.
  • Define and document architectures through architecture description documents, architecture decisions logs, and requirements/constraints traceability matrices.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to drive project/technical governance of design, build, and deployment into use of proof of concepts and pilots.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in managing and governing strategic change in large public and private sector organisations.
  • Deep Organizational Change Management knowledge, broad knowledge of change management methodologies and approaches.
  • Ability to design change solutions that modernize and transform business and end user adoption of online services.
