Organisational Change Management Architect

**Job Summary**
Microsoft's Adoption, Change and Service Management practice is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Management Architect to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for managing and governing strategic change in large public and private sector organisations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Understand Customer/Partner Technical Environment**: Gather insights from a broad range of stakeholders, including business sponsors, to shape and form project definitions and ongoing execution.
- **Identify and Evaluate Industry Trends**: Analyze customer industry verticals, information technology (IT) industry trends, and adapt business models, plans, and solutions accordingly.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Work with customer/partner stakeholders, including Enterprise Architects, Security Teams, Development Teams, and Operations Teams, to socialize business solutions and project approaches.
- **Architecture Design and Deployment**: Leverage structured approaches to architecture projects, using existing methodologies, and propose new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners.
- **Define and Document Architecture**: Develop architecture description documents, architecture decisions logs, and requirements/constraints traceability matrices to communicate the value proposition of business solutions.
**Requirements**
- Deep Organizational Change Management knowledge
- Broad knowledge of change management methodologies and approaches
- Ability to design change solutions that modernize and transform business and end-user adoption of online services
- Demonstrated ability to engage in business executive discussions related to development of change management, change leadership, and change governance
