About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our team at Microsoft. As a Technical Support Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to our largest and most strategic customers, providing expert technical support and guidance to help them overcome complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and develop strategic programs to deliver world-class customer support outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support experiences for customers
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Cloud, Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management
  • Manage highly complex levels of escalated problems, involving a broad range of technical issues
  • Ensure that customer needs and challenges are understood and addressed in crisis situations
  • Oversee crisis situations, determine systemic issues, and report to executives
  • Use necessary Microsoft resources to solve critical situations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership
  • Prior product, customer support, and/or technical support experience
  • Prior experience in project management and/or technical/IT consulting
  • Level 300 Certification in one or more Microsoft technologies
  • Experience in customer engagements with CTO/CIO/IT director level stakeholder
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional EMEA language
Additional Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership
  • Depth of experience in one or more industries: Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, or Government
  • Level 300 certifications in non-Microsoft technologies
