Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with your portfolio of customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within Ovh to ensure customer needs are incorporated into product development.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the customer within Ovh.
  • Onboarding: Help customers get started with our cloud solutions by providing training and resources.
  • Adoption and Expansion: Assist customers in adopting or growing their usage of our cloud services, while reducing time to value from their investment.

About You:

  • You are fluent in Spanish.
  • You have strong communication skills in English (B2 level required).
  • You are customer-centric and have demonstrable experience in customer-facing interactions.
