Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Europe

Omnicell, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth in Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital and retail pharmacists, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize sales activities, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide sales forecasts and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Deep understanding of the international healthcare environment and ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Experience in compiling and responding to tender requests.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
