Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth in Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital and retail pharmacists, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize sales activities, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Deep understanding of the international healthcare environment and ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Experience in compiling and responding to tender requests.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and travel extensively within Europe (5-10 days per month).
