Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Europe

Omnicell, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital and retail pharmacists, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage distributor relationships across the territory, including annual sales quota commitments, quarterly performance management, and distributor training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to management, including sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Deep understanding of the international healthcare environment and ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Experience in compiling and responding to tender requests.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and travel extensively within the region.
