About the Role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. As part of our IT team, you will work alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support by telephone and email
  • Provide on-site support during office hours
  • Support and troubleshooting for applications and systems
  • Assist with system administration for IT infrastructure and back-end systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in IT support
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven skills in understanding of Active Directory and GPO
  • Advanced troubleshooting of endpoints
  • Documentation skills
