About the Role

Motel One Madrid-Plaza de España is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and functionality of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel infrastructure, including equipment, lifts, and technical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain the functionality of equipment, lifts, and technical facilities to ensure the hotel's smooth operations.
  2. Supervise ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of the hotel infrastructure, including coordinating with external contractors and suppliers.
  3. Inspect the premises daily to identify any issues within the hotel infrastructure and execute necessary repairs and renovation tasks.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet high-quality standards.
  5. Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure that maintenance activities align with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.

Requirements

  1. Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field, with prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  2. Strong leadership skills and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
