About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Maintenance Manager to join our team at Panasonic Avionics Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize aircraft availability.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
  • Valid A&P, EASA, or equivalent licensing specific to the region.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-line supervisory position with direct responsibility for teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% per year.
