We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Manager to join our team at KBR, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational well-being of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the unit's War Reserve Materiel (WRM) program, including developing and submitting budget requirements to the installation War Reserve Materiel Officer (WRMO) or War Reserve Materiel Non-Commissioned Officer (WRMNCO).
- Ensure compliance with the WRM Program as defined in Air Force Instruction (AFI) and follow USAF Nuclear Surety Program guidelines for nuclear certified equipment.
- Inspect, maintain, mark, document, inventory, and store WRM equipment in accordance with applicable instructions and technical orders.
- Ensure a minimum average monthly Mission Capable (MC) rate of 90% for stored Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) assets at the WRM location.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- US Citizen
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8 years of AGE Lead 7-Level inspector technician maintenance background
- 3 years of Aerospace Ground Equipment War Ready Material program experience
- Possess or have the capability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance
- MS Office skills
- Valid US Driver's License
- USAF Nuclear Surety Program AGE Equipment maintenance knowledge
