Trivium Packaging is a global leader in metal packaging with a strong commitment to sustainability. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at our production plant in Reus, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop technical and human resources to ensure the safety, compliance, reliability, and capability of manufacturing equipment.
  • Identify solutions for improving equipment and provide technical expertise on mechanical and materials issues.
  • Coordinate with planning to execute preventive maintenance plans and manage mechanical and electrical maintenance resources.
  • Manage spare parts and tooling stocks, ensuring industrial reproducibility.
  • Audit the status of production lines and manage legal project outsourcing.
Requirements
  • FPII or Higher Cycle in Mechanics or similar.
  • Automation and industrial robotics experience.
  • Development of mechanical projects and machining production experience.
  • Design in mechanical manufacturing.
  • More than 3 years of experience in a position of responsibility in Maintenance, Engineering, or Technical Development departments.
  • Intermediate level in Office package, especially Excel and Word.
  • High knowledge of the production system and English medium/high level.
